A lorry has been pictured after it plunged off a bridge into a canal in Wiltshire.
The vehicle came off the carriageway on the A346 north early on Saturday and went down a steep bank.
No one is thought to have been injured and officials carried out a “lengthy recovery operation” to remove the lorry from the canal.
Police closed the road while they recovered the vehicle but it has since been re-opened.
Marlborough Police said on the weekend: “There are not thought to be any injuries but a lengthy recovery operation is now underway.
“The A346 north of Burbage has now reopened following the incident involving a lorry.
“Thanks for your patience while this was dealt with.”
