The Farmer Wants A Wife host,47,has had the three-bedroom,two-bathroom beachfront property on the market since December.

The television veteran bought the property for $1.8million in 2018 and has done extensive renovation work on it in the years since. 

Samantha advertised the Jervis Bay home for $3.2million eight months ago,but the property has yet to sell.

According to the listing on realestate.com.au,the range Armytage is now looking to sell for is between $2.5-$3million.

Samantha lives in the Southern Highlands and often promotes stays in the stunning waterfront home,which sits on 658sqm.
