Political Leaders' On-Site Visit Witnesses High Recognition for Innovative Achievements
On the significant occasion of the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Singapore, the 2025 Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology (SWITCH) was grandly held from October 29 to 31. The "Innovative China" Exhibition Area, guided by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, focused on the fields of digital technology and life and health, gathering more than 20 representative domestic institutions and enterprises for a concentrated display. Among them, "Longlasting Civilization Intelligent Society VR Experience Hall", as a core representative of China's scientific and technological innovation achievements, won high attention from political leaders of both China and Singapore and wide praise from on-site guests with its unique advantage of integrating cutting-edge technology and cultural innovation.
During the exhibition, the "Longlasting Civilization" exhibition area was visited and guided by many important guests. Cao Zhongming, Chinese Ambassador to Singapore, visited the exhibition area in person and carefully listened to the special report by the project team on technological R&D and IP development. Gan Kim Yong, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade and Industry of Singapore, made a special visit and highly appreciated the innovative achievements of the project in integrating technology and culture. Other guests including Lim Huai Yong, President of Singapore's National Research Foundation, and Koh Tat Fai, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Singapore, also visited and experienced the project successively. They affirmed the project's technological breakthroughs and cultural expression and actively explored potential cooperation opportunities.

Driven by Technology and Culture, Becoming an Internationally Recognized Benchmark
Under the guidance of Chief Scientist Professor Zhu Songchun and based on the profound accumulation of three years of R&D and operation by Professor Lü Peng's team, "Longlasting Civilization" integrates cutting-edge technologies such as AI large language model, AIGC (Generative Artificial Intelligence), Extended Reality (XR) and LBE (Location-Based Entertainment) large-space positioning. With the eight development stages of human civilization as the core content, it has built an immersive VR large-space movie IP.
The project innovatively adopts gesture recognition interactive props, large-space movable 3D scenes and multi-person collaborative experience mode, realizing the in-depth integration of social sciences and artificial intelligence and forming a unique original cultural IP. With its outstanding technological innovation and cultural value, the project has successively won the UNESCO 2025 Global World Heritage Education Innovation Case Award, the CHINA JOY "LBE CHINA 2025 Annual VR Large Space Best Children's Popular Science Content Award", and was featured as a typical case of AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) in the September 2025 issue of the top international academic journal Science, fully demonstrating its international academic recognition and industry influence. At the exhibition site, the project's immersive experience and innovative model attracted the attention of many international institutions, receiving more than ten cooperation inquiries covering cultural IP landing, joint technology R&D and other fields.

Leveraging the Exchange Platform to Build a Bridge for China-Singapore Cooperation
On October 30, the 2nd China-Singapore Innovation Cooperation Exchange Conference, led by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, was successfully held. More than 100 representatives from industry, academia and research circles of the two countries conducted in-depth discussions on the development of the artificial intelligence industry.
As a benchmark case of the integration of artificial intelligence and cultural tourism in China, "Longlasting Civilization" participated in the exchange. Its technological application and operation experience provided important references for cooperation between the two countries and became a vivid witness to promoting China-Singapore innovation cooperation through science and technology. The project team stated on site that they are actively seeking partners for landing in Singapore. The plan is to first introduce the "Longlasting Civilization" IP to venues such as the National Museum of Singapore and the Science Centre Singapore for cultural and tourism ticket operation. Subsequently, it will provide VR large-space movie customization services for institutions such as the Singapore Tourism Board and can offer customized solutions for various fields including culture, tourism, popular science, education and AI education to the global market.
The participation of "Longlasting Civilization" in the Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology not only concentratedly demonstrated China's cutting-edge exploration achievements in the fields of intelligent social governance and the integration of artificial intelligence and cultural tourism, but also promoted Chinese culture to the international community with technology as a bridge, injecting new impetus into deepening scientific and technological innovation cooperation and promoting people-to-people and cultural exchanges between China and Singapore.
