After a judge ruled her revenge porn lawsuit against Tom Sandoval can go to trial, Rachel 'Raquel' Leviss celebrated with some R&R at the Lightning in a Bottle festival in California
As she heals from Scandoval,Rachel 'Raquel' Leviss is getting back in touch with her inner teenager.
The Vanderpump Rules alum,29,temporarily reclaimed her high school nickname as she donned a cowboy chic look for Lightning in a Bottle festival in Buena Vista Lake,California.
'Day [two] of @libfestival I embraced the name Rocky,' she wrote on Instagram with photos of the look.
'Close friends used to call me Rocky back in high school,' added Leviss. 'It felt suiting for the weekend. What do we think?'
She wore a funky t-shirt printed with mushrooms and the words: 'Treat people with love and kindness.'
Leviss was involved in a months-long affair with Sandoval, which came to light while filming season 10 of Vanderpump Rules, ending his nine-year relationship with Ariana Madix
She claimed that she was misled to believe that she was 'contractually barred from speaking out about her mistreatment,' leaving her to suffer in silence while Bravo and her co-stars reaped the benefits.
'Meanwhile,Leviss, who was humiliated and villainized for public consumption, remains a shell of her former self, with her career prospects stunted and her reputation in tatters,' the lawsuit added.
Leviss was involved in a months-long affair with Sandoval, ending his nine-year relationship with Madix,38.
Madix found out about the affair when she discovered the FaceTime recording on Sandoval's phone.
'The two videos Leviss has seen depict her in a state of undress and masturbating,' the lawsuit claimed.
'However, given Sandoval's apparent practice of secretly recording their video calls,Leviss has every reason to assume there are additional illicit videos and/or photographs of her that she has not yet seen.'
Sandoval slammed the lawsuit as a 'thinly veiled attempt to extend her fame and to rebrand herself as the victim instead of the other woman' as he requested a dismissal last month.
'These videos were created by Leviss and published by Leviss to Sandoval via a consensual exchange on FaceTime,' he alleged.
'Based on Leviss’ own allegations,Sandoval merely saved private copies of the videos that Leviss filmed and shared with him,' the response added.
Madix previously filed a lawsuit against Sandoval in January over the $2 million home they still share.
