In May,the cleaning influencer announced that her dad Alan had died suddenly in his sleep on April 25,a month after he was hospitalised with respiratory issues.
In the months after,Mrs Hinch - real name Sophie Hinchcliffe - has taken a step back from social media,save for a couple of rare posts,as she tried to come to terms with her loss.
And taking to her Instagram stories this week,Mrs Hinch opened up to her 4.8million followers about her struggle to manage her 'rollercoaster of grief' in the wake of her father's passing.
Speaking into the camera,she battled to keep her emotions in check as she told how her loss felt like an 'out of body experience',while also thanking her fans and husband for their support.

'For those going through it or have been through it,I know you’ll know,I’m sending all my love and those that haven’t yet,just go and sit with your parents.'
The emotional influencer then concluded her video by saying: 'See you when I see you everyone' before giving a thumbs up.
Captioning her heartfelt video,Mrs Hinch wrote: 'I'm just trying to navigate the absolute rollercoaster of grief. But I wanted to say hello and thank you for so much kindness,support and understanding xx.'
As well as a video,the Instagram favourite also shared a carousel of family pictures to her grid as she explained how telling her son's about their grandfather was 'by far the hardest thing I have ever had to do in my life.'
