It is reported that foreign tourists (including those from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) flying directly abroad from Sanya can enjoy the Offshore Duty-Free shopping policy, with no age or spending limit. This policy is exclusive to purchases made at the CDF Sanya International Duty-Free Shopping Mall. Tourists must present their original passport or Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan travel permit at the duty-free store and complete their purchase at least six hours before their departure flight from Sanya Phoenix International Airport, where they can then collect their items in the international departure hall.
In addition, Hainan has introduced new measures: for duty-free items priced over 50,000 RMB (inclusive), a "guaranteed pick-up" service is available; for items priced under 20,000 RMB (exclusive) and listed on the duty-free goods list, an "immediate purchase and pick-up" service is offered. These measures allow tourists to plan their shopping more flexibly, enjoy more convenient services, and enhance their overall shopping comfort.

Sanya's four offshore duty-free stores collectively offer nearly a thousand renowned international brands, including perfumes, cosmetics, luggage, watches, clothing, and accessories. The range of duty-free goods available includes jewelry, pens, apparel, and more, providing a wide selection for international tourists. Each duty-free mall integrates shopping, dining, leisure, and entertainment, with comprehensive facilities such as comfortable rest areas, convenient payment systems, clear signage, and multilingual services, ensuring that international visitors can meet all their needs while enjoying their shopping experience.
