The fight between Tyson and Paul was due to take place in July,but just two months after the bout was announced,the two men were forced to postpone proceedings.
Mike' suffered a medical scare in May which derailed the showdown in Texas. However,a new date of November 15 was later agreed.
But,fans remained concerned about Tyson's health given he will be 58 when the fight takes place at the AT&T Stadium - the home of the Dallas Cowboys.
They were hoping the Texas Licensing Regulators would monitor Tyson closely before the bout takes place later this year.
Fans have raved about Tyson's physique and punching power during recent training videos
'He only stopped as a means of following all of the rules,' his publicist Joann Mignano recently told USA TODAY Sports.
'But he is still a strong advocate for the medicinal benefits of cannabis for his personal well-being and others like him.’'
